FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS

Zelyvi currently offers free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery time is approximately 11 days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

You will receive order and shipping information at the email address provided during checkout when available.

Fulfillment

Zelyvi may use third-party fulfillment and logistics partners to process and ship orders. As a result, products may ship from a location different from the customer's country.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges may be the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Delayed or Missing Orders
